NOTE: This share will ONLY DELIVER ON WEDNESDAYS. If you are a Saturday member and would like to partake, you will need to pick up once a month from Duke's Liquor Box. The CSA will send out a reminder email the week before your pickup notifying you.

A family owned and operated urban mushroom farm in the heart of Queens, Big Apple Fungi maintains sustainable growing procedures from the beginning to the end and take extreme care in ensuring both quality and nutrients without compromising the freshness. 

The mushrooms will come as a large variety in every share. Oyster mushrooms and shiitake mushrooms will always be included in a share, but there will also include some variety of Italian oyster, Golden oyster, Lions Mane, King oyster, or pink oyster when in season. Definitely a great variety of selections!

This is for ½lb of mushrooms per pickup. For a full pound, choose the 1lb option.
